Sellers offer a range of delivery options, so you can choose the one that’s most convenient for you.  Many sellers offer free delivery.

You can always find the postage cost and estimated delivery date in a seller’s listing.  You’ll then be able to see a full list of delivery options during checkout. These can include:

  • Express delivery

  • Standard delivery

  • Economy delivery

  • Click & Collect

  • Free local collection from seller

You can still shop on mokingo.com  if you’re located outside of the UK. Sellers will let you know if they offer international postage, along with an estimate of the postage cost, on their listing. Keep in mind that in this case you may be responsible for additional charges, duties or taxes because of customs requirements in your country.

When you shop on mokingo.com , you also have access to sellers from around the world. You’ll be able to see the location of an item, as well as postage costs and an estimated delivery date, on the listing. You can also find out whether any duties and taxes are included with the item price.

Try out free Click & Collect.

You can buy from hundreds of sellers and collect for free at one of our many partner store collection points across the UK. Listings will show a Click & Collect option if this is available.

Keep an eye out for tracked postage offers from US sellers.

Our US-based sellers often send parcels fully tracked, for that extra peace of mind.

Double check your preferred delivery address.

Make sure you’re having your item sent to the right place.

Find out if your items can be packaged together for a postage discount.

Many sellers offer this on their listings, but feel free to get in touch with the seller and ask if you’re not sure.

Follow your parcel’s status and tracking information.

Some sellers update you to let you know when they’ve dispatched your item. They also provide tracking information for your purchase, which you can find in your Purchase History in My eBay.

Most purchases go well, but in case something goes wrong:

  • First get in touch with the seller from My eBay. Most sellers will fix the problem straight away.
